On Thursday, we – like other Americans – will gather with family and friends to give thanks. There are many reasons to be thankful, including the blessings of our loved ones and the good fortune to live in this great nation. And, as always, we are grateful for the sacrifices made by our military, their families, and others in securing our safety and freedom.
We also want to express appreciation to all employees across the national nuclear security enterprise. We thank you for your hard work, high standards, diligence, and commitment to NNSA’s vital missions.
As you celebrate with your loved ones, in the spirit of giving, please take a moment to consider how we can pass on our blessings to others. It is an appropriate time to give back through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The Federal workplace giving campaign runs through December and makes it possible for you to donate to any of thousands of charities nationwide. Your generosity and support go a long way in positively impacting the lives of those in need here in the United States and across the world.
We wish you and your families and loved ones a happy and peaceful Thanksgiving holiday. If you’re traveling during this holiday, please, be safe.
